At Demi De Clare, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Returns are accepted for all full-priced products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Opened or lightly used items may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the product type and condition.
How to Request a Return

Contact support@demideclare.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Include a brief reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions on where to return your item.
All returns are processed through Demi De Clare.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Complete the return for your original item following the steps above.

Place a new order for the replacement item once your refund or store credit is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or not as expected, contact us promptly at support@demideclare.com.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward future purchases.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
