How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount Code” field. Make sure the code is valid and has not expired. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise noted.
Can I use multiple discounts on the same order?
Our promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Please check the terms of each discount.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to our Return Policy, and you can start a return by contacting support@demideclare.com.
How do I return an item?
Contact our support team at support@demideclare.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a shipping label.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange, return your original item per our Return Policy and place a new order for the item you’d like.
